STEP 1:

YOU INVEST ALONGSIDE US TO PURCHASE THIS RETAIL PROPERTY.

This is the first property in our portfolio. We’ve narrowed it down from 2,400 properties in 16 target cities. Along with the capital we raise from investors like you, we’ve already invested the first 20% of the necessary funds to purchase this property.

STEP 2:

WE HAVE TENANTS READY TO GO FROM DAY ONE. WE MANAGE ALL OF THEIR NEEDS FOR YOU.

All of our properties will have paying tenants before the final purchase. We manage the property, taking care of emergencies, repairs, and other costly maintenance. If a tenant leaves, we’ll handle all of the work to replace them as quickly as possible.

STEP 3:

TENANTS PAY RENT. WE DEPOSIT YOUR SHARE AUTOMATICALLY IN YOUR ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH.

Since our properties are occupied from day one, you’ll begin receiving the first payment of your distribution starting 30 days after the final purchase.

STEP 4:

WE CONTINUE TO PURCHASE PROPERTIES TO DIVERSIFY YOUR PORTFOLIO.

Don’t worry, you won’t need to invest more. It’s included in your initial investment. As we purchase more properties, your risk is distributed over more tenants and properties. This protects your income stream from market volatility and if we have to replace a tenant.
