Mark Mascia

Mr. Mascia, the Chairman and CEO of Mascia Development, has over 15 years of experience in real estate, and is principally responsible for managing the investment, capital structure, and investor relations activities of Mascia Development.

Mark has been featured in The New York Post, NY Real Estate Journal, the Real Deal, and the Cincinnati Business Journal. Mark has also been a guest on investment podcasts such as “Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow” with Kevin Bupp, “Accredited Income Property Investment Specialists” with Jason Hartman and the “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever” with Joe Fairless.

Ryan Brennan

Mr. Brennan, the COO of Mascia Development, has over 10 years of experience in real estate, and is responsible for the operations, acquisition and financing all of Mascia Development’s projects, and is in charge of due diligence, market research, underwriting, site identification and deal sourcing. His extensive background in acquisitions, construction, and property management provides him the essential skills to lead the Mascia Development’s operations, acquisitions and analysis efforts.

Ryan previously worked for Lerner Heidenberg Properties, an owner and developer of retail properties located primarily in New York and New Jersey. During his time at Lerner Heidenberg, Ryan managed a $300 million portfolio of ten shopping centers totaling over one million square feet. While managing the portfolio, Ryan reduced maintenance related expenses by nearly ten percent, interacted with various State and local agencies, handled complex landlord/tenant legal issues, and was directly involved in the major renovation and construction of several shopping centers.

Konrad A. Konik

Mr. Konik, has over 10 years of experience in real estate, and directs all aspects of acquisition efforts including deal sourcing, market research, underwriting, negotiation of investment terms, due diligence and closing responsibilities.

Previously, Konrad formed Baltic Property Group LLC, real estate investment and advisory firm that offers a full range of real estate services to the firm’s clients including acquisition & disposition services, debt structuring and asset management.

Michael Voulgarakis

Michael is responsible for the asset management of all Mascia Development’s projects and oversees property managers and leasing brokers and is involved in budgeting, negotiating new leases and renewals, investor reporting, capital improvements, and loan compliance.

His extensive background in commercial real estate lending and appraisal provides him the essential skills to lead the company’s asset management efforts.

Michael previously worked as an underwriter for lenders Arbor Realty Trust, The Bancorp, and Morgan Stanley and appraisal divisions at Grubb & Ellis and KTR Real Estate Advisors.

During his time as a lender, Michael underwrote $1.25 B of bridge, CMBS, and mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments for retail, multifamily, mixed-use, conversions, residential apartment and condominium developments, commercial condominiums, land, industrial, office, and student housing across the US for balance sheet and capital market execution.

He also appraised $1.75 B of retail, multifamily, office, mixed-use, residential apartment and condominium developments, commercial condominiums, and land.

Michael has a Master’s degree from New York University in Real Estate Finance and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a marketing concentration at the Southern Connecticut State University.
